pics of leveled trucks

I am thinking about removing my chrome step bars, but I am not sure I like how much frame would be showing. Does anyone have pics of leveled trucks on 285's with no step bars? If I took the bars off I would also want to remove those stickers on my frame, is that legal? What is your opinion, should I remove the bars, I don't really use them and it would look a little higher? Thanks for the input.

I took the stickers off of my frame. I don't see why it would be illegal to remove them. I think it would look a lot better with the nerf bars off the truck.

I thought I had read somewhere that removing those stickers was illegal, but like you say I don't see any reason why it would be. Both those trucks look awesome, I think I may remove them to see what it looks like without them.

i got the nfabs to protect my body, give me a step and also to hide the frame. i dont like being able to see a lot of it, but thats just me. you could probably get used to it.

as for makin the truck look higher, i think if the truck was infront of something dark that the frame would blend in with then yes it would look higher. otherwise, i dont think so

just my opinion

I'm running 35's with a leveling kit and ABS power steps with 2'' extentions. I like the clean look when the steps power up out of site.

Here is my truck leveled, on 285/75/R16s mounted on the stock wheels. There are a couple more in my garage, as well as before and after photos. As for seeing the frame, you won't see any more of it than you would stock, you're not lifting the body at all. It's all a matter of personal preference I suppose. I don't particularly mind the frame, that's one thing that has remained the same from the factory...lol

Here is 2" lift w/ amp step. Hides the frame well and looks like it sits higher w/out bars
