Bilstein 5100 lower bushing

I have a 2007 Sierra Classic CC LBZ with Bilstein 5100 shocks I purchased from Nor-Cal. These shocks have 14,000 miles on them and the front lower bushing is starting to push out. The torsion bars have been cranked 5 turns. I did a search and realize this is a fairly common problem. I have e-mailed Nor-Cal but had no response. Does any one know if Bilstein is standing behind their product and offering a new bushing. I know MA offers one and Chrysler has a poly bushing that will work with some mods. Any help will be appreciated.

Energy Suspension makes bushings not sure off hand if they will fit the 5100 series.

On my 6081's I e-mailed Bilstein and this is what they did and it was very fast.
(We have had some issues with the lower bushings wearing out due to the
material that was previously used to make them. We have since changed
over to a polyurethane bushing which so far stands up very well. If you
would like us to send you out new bushings we would be happy to do that, free of charge.)

Get the extended lower shock brackets asap to avoid this again.

Bilstein took care of me on several occasions with these bushings. Nor cal was not much help...other than selling me the shocks initially.

x2 on Bilstein, I called their off road department and they mailed two replacement bushings since their shock has a lifetime warranty.

Merchant Automotive sells the bushings to just incase.

Mine went bad...purchased from 4wheel parts for under $20 for both...easy replacement.

Well I received a nice e-mail from from Nor-Cal apologizing for their late response to my question regarding the lower bushing. They talked to a rep. from Bilstein who suggested anyone with this problem should contact Lisa at Bilstein warranty. Her phone number is 1-858-386-5951 or she can be reached at Lisa Ciacci@thyssenkrupp.com.

Having same problems...checked Energy Suspension Website - no polys close enough to make them work.

(I did a poly replacement writeup for front Bilsteins a while back)

....I DO have a Daystar poly Super Ride bushing for a Rubicon Express suspension control arm sitting on my desk thinking its close enough to "just might work."
