Personally, and please take no offense, I wouldn't waste my money on a Fabtech, used or new. You get what you pay for. Second, I wouldn't trust anyone on craigslist to accept payment in another state, and then actually expect the item to arrive. To me, that's playing with fire.

$1500! What is he smokin? You can buy a brand new TC 6" for $1400-$1500 and it's a lot better! Fabtech makes the tires stick out quite a ways wearing front end parts out a lot faster.

$1500 is a little too much, I had a fabtech 8" (used) with shocks installed for that much a while back.

non taken..........getting what im paying for (fabtech seems to be one of the more expensive lifts out there) i have heard really good things about fabtech but im also open to any problems you guys have had with them...I did check into the prices a little more on the shocks i want as well as the shipping from NJ to CO as well as the steering upgrades...its gonna cost the same if not more to get this used one then it would for a new one. what 8" would you guys go with (loaded question)?

I personally do not recommend installing anything suspension related on your truck that has been on another truck. Too many things can go wrong and usually do because I have seen this happen in the past but totally up to you. Good luck

Maybe it's just me, but all I hear is horror stories about Fabtech. From Installation to wearable parts, to parts breaking. B/c of that, I was under the assumption that they were one of the cheaper lifts out there.
