Power Steering fluid

Quick question:
I need to add just a small amount of PSF (its at the "ADD" mark) I dont see any leaks so I think I'm good.
I just wanted to know if I should go get GM fluid or would something else be fine.
Thank you all in advance. DB

You might as well buy 4 bottles of Amsoil Synthetic Power Steering Fluid, and do this flush. Find a dealer on here and they'll get it for you at cost. You wouln't believe how much better your brakes will feel.

Thank you Mr. Knight, I think I will do this.
I have a bunch of things I want to do soon so I'll add this to the list.
Drive safe. DB

We have a flush kit that includes 6 bottles Amsoil P/S Fluid and the tubing needed for the flush. This will allow you to have extra fluid to top off with.

Every time I do it , I buy a 1 gallon jug and use most of it. After I finish topping back up when I'm done I have less than half a quart left in the jug. So far I've just used Prestone(I think) in the big yellow jug , but that's only because its $25 locally , so not sure if the Amsoil synthetic would work any better or last any longer but its a quick and easy job so I'll just do it once a year with this stuff and call it good unless Im told or shown otherwise.

And you don't have to do the flush as often. The brakes really improve a lot for a longer time. Worth the extra bucks.
