Beware of cheap chrome lugnuts. When I first got my car at 16, I bought a set of cheap chrome lug nuts from Advance. The "chrome" plating was on the threads and caused several of them to seize on the wheel studs when the plating flaked off. The studs broke before the nut would back off. I replaced them with McGards and they have been great for the last 10 years.

Something like that, yes, but I have a dually and they'd stick out a lot further.

Dieseladdictmafia posted pics of a lug nut with a spike on instagram today. $375 for a set of 20 with the socket.
