I say run the stock air pressure listed on the drivers door... unless its too high for those michelins. Heard people run max cold air pressure listed on tire/-8 psi.

55 to 60 psi in the front loaded or not for descent tire wear. The rears 50 or so no load, loaded really depends on how much weight that boat is adding.I always pump the rears up to 76 psi when my fiver is hitched,2100 lbs on the pin.Have done this with both Duramaxes and have got excellant tire wear.If you want fuel mileage and dont care about wearing the center tread of the tire out way too soon pump em up and enjoy the ride!

I run 65psi on front and rears. Make sure you check tire pressures cold, beginning of the day before you drive anywhere, as the sun will heat them up and give you false readings

Hey thanks for that link! I never knew about this procedure before, but it makes perfect sense. Sadly I have BFG A/T's but I will be getting new tires soon and will be sure to do this with them

I was shown that trick long before internet & cell phones by an old one man show tire store owner.
He also showed me after having your front end alighned to take measurments (front & rear) the same place on front tires. Write them down put in glove box

So are you doing the chaulk test on cold tires?I would think tires that are fully heated up since they arent going to expand any more.

I also have michelin LTX M&S on stock PYO. I run 60 all around with empty to moderate loads and towing. I am bumping the 60 up slightly, now at I am wearing on the outside slightly (noticable, but not measurable with what I have) more then the center.

50,000 miles!!! way to go I am nearly to slicks and just under 40,000.
