Thanks! I imagine shipping would be horrible on it so sending it out to my buddy that did mine wouldn't be cost effective. Look for a higher end upholstery shop that you see a lot of exotics in. Here are a few cars you typically see in my buddy's shop that's doing my truck:

Some more updates. Sub box loaded with subs:




Keep in mind I asked him to hide everything under the box, and the box itself will be hidden under the back seat so he didn't do anything fancy or pretty. In fact, I didn't want that at all. When I do flip the back seat up I want to be able to stack things on the sub box as needed with the subs and amps protected facing down off the box (also this was Hertz's recommendation for these subs in my cab).

3 A-pillars:


Left-most is the stock driver side A-pillar that won't be reused. Center is the H&S driver side A-pillar with the mount for my Black Maxx and a custom 'glassed mount for the Hertz tweeter. Right is the stock passenger side A-pillar with a custom glassed mount for the Hertz tweeter, suede covered.

Where i can i get some of that wrap? did you paint the trim black for the headliner?

I'll ask my buddy that's doing all the work about the material. I believe it's a 3M material. One warning: the window switch panels are a beast to get right. He has hours into them. The raised sections just next to the switch are very tough to do properly. As for the trim, that's an interior vinyl die, not paint exactly. Again, I can ask him for his recommendation.

Looks very sanitary!!! You are doing exactly what I have wanted to do to my truck since I bought it! I love the swede!

Did you paint those trim pieces black? What paint did you use? What did you do to the seat belts? The adjustment button thing is tan on mine.

Thanks man! It's actually a dye specifically for these types of interior trim pieces rather than a regular paint. The seat belts/trim are probably the area we're least happy with right now. When it comes to the belts themselves we're not going to dye them or do anything that might effect the material in any way, it's just not worth it. We need to figure out if GM ever did black belts that are correct for the truck. When it comes to the trim around them we will probably end up very carefully masking and dying those. Here's how they are now, not terrible but not great when everything else is black now:



On a more positive note, the finished driver's door and a-pillars. Note suede insert in the door panel, custom component mount in the stock location, H&S a-pillar with suede and custom tweeter mount (tweeter not visible in this pic), brushed AL vinyl on window switch panel & dash trim, suede on the fuse-panel cover etc:




Nearly finished back door. Note suede insert in the door panel, custom coaxial mount in the stock location (still missing Hertz grill), suede on b-pillar, brushed AL vinyl on window switch panel, etc:



My installer is working on tuning in the system currently, then final touches and it's ready for me to get the heck home and check it out!

So it turns out the belts just light due to the reflection from the camera flash. I haven't been home in about 3-4 months so I had forgotten they're black, sad I know. As for the trim around the "D" ring on the belt my installer addressed that:



As you can see we left the panel behind the b-pillar with the AL look for now, if I don't like it we'll go to black with it.

Thanks for the info! Again.. it looks great! Do you happen to know the name of the black dye or where I can get it? The confusion of how to convert my plastic parts to black is really the only thing that stopped me from doing this.

Another thing I've really wanted to do was add floor lights that come on with the dome. That way when you drop something at night you can look down and see it.
