Sloppy front end!
Ok things seemed to be good and tight for awhile now there is lots of slop in the steering wheels. I feel the steering wheel jerking side to side while hitting rough roads. Lots of snow here with hard ice ruts and bumps. Pretty much all front end parts were replaced last year. New ISS and green bearing also. Even put the muffler clamp on it also for safe measure. I just want it to feel solid up front again.

Steering box shaft play, or pitman/idler. Do you still have the stock center link?
Really need to get under there and look while someone turns the tires.

Yes stock center link still. Idler/pitman all new last year. Im hoping my ball joints arent shot again. My truck has been eating them the last few years.

Yea its kinda hard to diagnose via internet without being there looking at it. Hell when my front end got sloppy everything got replaced

It was all tight and good for most of the last year. Pretty sure upper ball joints are screwed again. This truck is eating them now for some reason.

What upper ball joints are you using?
With the 37's the sooner you get rid of that stock center link and go to Dmax store setup the better of you'll be.

This set is from NAPA. Last set were moogs the set before cognitos.
How does it improve things?

For whatever it's worth, CarolinaHD is correct, before you do anything, you need to put a jack under the tires and shake the front tires to determin if the upper ball joints have failed or if the issue is with the idler or ptman, centerlink, or tie rods.
