LB7: Considering selling or trading my duramax in its current condition!

Really thinking about selling or trading my truck in its condition do to having bad head gaskets . I just can't afford to get it fixed right now . I need your all's input ! Am I stupid for considering selling or trading it the way truck sits ? What's my truck worth the way it is now ?
04 gmc sierra 2500hd rclb/lb7/zf6/4x4
Truck has 168,000 on the clock , truck is in good condition exterior and interior . Normal dings and dents other then that body and paint is straight , normal rare and tear on interior , cloth seats with fold down center, manuel windows , power locks , 4x4 on floor board . Mods list include Efi live dsp5 switch , Southend dual disk clutch , k&n intake, 4 inch straight pipe exhaust, raptor 165 lift pump, snow performance metonal inject , traction bars, 18 inch motto wheels, cattle guard front bumber.
Looking to get other people opinion on it . Value , fixing it , sell and trade etc . Thanks

I'd say the truck is worth $11,000 in perfect condition. -$6000 for repairs and dealing with getting it fixed.

youre going to get raped even if it was in good condition by trading it. dire need of service makes it even worse.

id find a way to fix it if it were me

A lb7 with blown headgaskets is gunna be quite a bit less than "a fair offer"

Ya the more I think about it and from what I gather from you all I'd be better off fixing it. I guess till I can afford to fix it the truck will sit . Anything else I need to look at replacing while I'm having to do the gaskets? Arp studs, Water pump , t starts , injectors, glow plugs, fuel filter housing . Etc

$621 from Merchant Auto (with headbolts). Thats about the best price you'll see for everything needed, unless you have a discount account with NAPA.

If you are going to let it set before making repairs I would make sure and get all the water out of the cylinders. I let a motor sit one time with bad head gaskets and I should have just sent it to the junk yard when they blew. By the time I got to working on it I had to do a lot of work to clean up the cylinders.

so what is the difference of me asking what he thinks he wants out of it and gmduramax saying it,s worth $11,000 minus $6000 in repairs. never said i wanted to buy it
