H2's, Toyo 295/70/17, and duraflaps installed on an 06 with cranked tbars..final pics
If you're thinking about this setup, it can be done! No rubbing. Only modification to the truck was trimming the lower bumper valence. Tbars are cranked up to the minimum recommended 5/8" gap at the bump stop.
The rear duraflaps are CR-2X. 12" wide by 12" long. The front duraflaps are CF-5Plus, 14" wide by 11" long. I had to go for the wider 14"s in the front since the front wheels stick out further than the rears. I really like how they are made to accommodate large tires. If the tire fits your wheel well, these flaps will work. ![]() ![]() ![]() ![]()

Would you mind posting a pic of the front valence clearance with the wheels turned, side shot as well so we can see the whole truck.
I have similar mud flaps and want to go with a 285/70/17 on the next set, I have about 1/2" clearance front and rear right now with the 265's. Thanks for posting these, nice clean truck.

Looks great, that's the way they should come off the assembly line.

Front clearance with the wheels turned:
![]() This shows how the duraflaps don't reduce your clearance. I forgot to mention that i also tucked the fender liner behind the lower rocker lip. I used a Philips head stainless bolt to add more clearance compared to the hex heads that duraflap supplies. ![]() Wide shots with the mudflaps ![]()

Great shop. What lights do you have on the ceiling. We built a shop much like yours but just have large CFLs in the ceiling. Work quite well, but wonder if we can do better.

4', six bulb T8 with electronic ballast. Love 'em. I wish i had wired them at 220v instead of 110 because they draw a full 20a on each circuit. 12 lights per circuit.
