IMHO its impossible to know anything at this point. I speculate a massive, mind-blowing upgrade to the interiors will be the key feature. Mechanical stuff is solid so I doubt we"ll see major changes. If they don't get it spot on with the interior, they're ***ed. Ford has very nice interiors and they just came out with the Platinum super duty. My old lady's platinum F150 is a gorgeous truck, just too light for my heavy construction work.

Tier 5 emissions won't come into play until 2016, so.....I predict no engine alterations or enhancements until 2016.
