Replaced my injectors yesterday and to no avail the truck just cranks, my edge cts monitor says I'm only reaching 300 psi at the rail. Previously have shimmed my fprv before I found out I needed injectors also primer pump goes soft within a few minutes after pumping. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
Industrial injection 30% over injectors and I did use new return line gaskets I've come to the same conclusion pretty sure I didn't torque the banjo bolt on the head after thinking about it....and of course it's on the drivers side haha
Got it tore down and found the drivers side banjo bolt on the head loose torqued it and still have the same symptoms, crank and it will only build 300 psi of rail pressure. I ordered a raptor lift pump yesterday should be here soon, it just seems like it's sucking air or has an air pocket somewhere that it just won't get past. If the lift pump doesn't get it running I'll be looking into another set of injectors..... Yay money down the drain wish I would have checked with you guys before jumping into the set I purchased. Oh and I also have a nicktane cat filter adapter on the way the style that deletes the old filter head.
Update got the lift pump installed and still no start, but I got a code p0090 so is my next step fpr, ecm...? What's yalls opinion here as far as my next step.

Assuming you had the batteries disconnected during this project and got everything plugged back in?
It is rare for an ECM to fail, especially when dormant unless it is induced-but not impossible. One area of weakness seems to be the section that controls the regulator, BUT having no current to the regulator or the regulator unplugged should put it to full open max psi. Engine should start and build pressure them cackle and romp at over 20k psi
I tried to unplug it last night to get it to go max psi still nothing... I think you were right when you said the injectors I bought were the underlying cause back to pinching pennies for a while till I can get those puppies ordered. Thanks for all the help guys!
