If it has an engine driven vacuum pump--- it has a EGR-! No pump-- no EGR.
Those codes --if you have them, are listed in alpha order in the glove box door.

Very simple. Look in the glove box of your LB7 truck and see if you find the codes. FE9 is no cat nor EGR.
