The problem is that is not my problem. Lol my truck starts and runs just fine. I did give out a try. Nothing yet. maybe a good two hour drive will help it learn, you know spend some quality time. Haha

Anyone have a suggestion for me? I have had duramaxtuner.com send me a new ECM and still have the same issue. The light has been on for months now. I have no problem with the truck running. I almost don't even notice the light anymore, but I would like to get it fixed. Bob @ duramaxtuner was not able to help me. I have an 01 and have heard they can be finicky.
Also, if it matters. I had to replace the brake control module a few months ago. But the security light was on before that happened. The dealership wouldn't touch the security light issue after I mentioned the ecm was aftermarket. lol

Anyone have any ideas? I had another dealership try to take a look at what was setting the security light, and they said the could not read it at all because the ECM was locked.
Again, no problems starting or anything. The stupid light is just on.
