Changing power steering pump???help

I have a 2002, 2500HD, 4x4. I have just changed the hydro boost and the gear box on my power steering assembly and it still is hard to turn while sitting at idel and moans a little when driving at around 35mph.

My last hope is changing out the power steering pump. The part is only $70 but I have never changed one out how hard is it and is their a link that will show me how?

Help me out.

TTT

About to change mine and wondering if there's a DIY anywhere (I can't find one) or if there's anything special I should know.

You need to be sure you bleed the system properly. This should help.

Thanks for the link. I guess I should probably do that with the old pump still in so as to not contaminate the new one?

That would be a good plan.
