Yes, red locktite on the bottom. Let it sit for 24hrs before starting it so the locktite is FULLY cured.

I am getting pressure in the cooling system after the injector change and I have already taken it apart two times to recheck my work.

Pensacola diesel, and it did not have sealer or cup orings with it.
My cups look fine, should i just replace them anyway?
When I removed them I could not see any sealer from GM.

2 came out the first time but the second time around I pulled all of them and replace the orings but did not put any sealer on them. started it up again last night and it is doing the same thing. so tonight I will take it apart again and for 24.00$ each I tink I will just replace all of them.

Im sure GM didnt seal them because they didnt see a need with stock cylinder pressures. Any pressure higher than stock is outside of the original design intent and thats where problems come up.

Any tuners on the truck? Maybe injector hold downs will help too, Socal has them, spendy though. If youre pulling them out again, the loctite will be cheap insurance.
