Well for me it's been head gaskets, ECM, FPR, brakes, NSBU, automatic tensioner pulley, rear seal on the transfer case, and battery boiling. I've yet to have the transfer case pump rub, water pump, whole in the boost tube, wheel bearings, and injector failures.

My 02 had transfer case pump rub through at 96K, and just now the original injectors failed at at 112,222, otherwise trouble free.

I would say, EGR/smog pump for those equipped..best to remove and save for smog inspections.

Then Fuel pressure regulator. The rave seems to be to upgrade to an LBZ one with a new transfer curve programmed into ecm with efi live.

Next is the Transfer case pump rub....not an if...but a when.

Water pump....mine is still good but it is only a matter of time.

Front wheel bearings...probably all trucks.

drivers door speaker. Mouse ate some wires to the fuel level sensor. Aftermarket nictane fuel filter was the only thing that left me stranded (multiple times).
