Little more info... the truck seemed to be running a little sluggish the past week, and today my wife had her foot on the brake in drive and the truck surged forward then went back to idle, then surged forward again then died. She tried to start no go, waited a bit, then had her foot down on the pedal, it started moved about 20 feet and died, and never started again. I changed the fuel filter, and it still wont start. Would these codes go off because of this? If so, could my lines be airblocked. I used the littler pumper and pumped and bleed the air out of the filter.. should i keep doing this for awhile. tried pumping between times of trying to start but still no fire.. lost here. hope this helps with codes.

With those codes I'd disconnect the Cam sensor and crank sensor plugs and look for connector/wiring/fuse problems in their harnesses.

Then use a screwdriver or similar tool to check the reluctor ring through the crank sensor plug opening - any play in the ring can cause a no-start condition.

I've read the reluctor ring can be replaced with the engine in the truck by pulling every thing off the front of the engine: fan, balancer, water pump, t-Stats, and front cover.

Worth a check for sure:
Code P0340

Here's what you're in for when fixing that issue (if that's what is wrong):
cranks but no start

Man this really sucks, the good part is that I have 4 days off. Not going to be able to get any parts in that time, since it takes a week to get any part here. But at least worst case it will be torn apart waiting for a gasket set, or anything else I need.
Thank you all for your help, I love this site and all the knowledge that is given.

Sorry for ya?? Try head gaskets and then maybe the "Sorry" part will become valid.... showing the quality in these Duramax engines to their fullest!

Before you tear anything down, make sure to pull the sensors and check the reluctor ring with a screwdriver.
If it moves back and forth at all, you'll need to proceed with the disassembly process.

I felt sorry for him because I know its a pain to get to. Could it have been worse, oh most definetly. But for such a low dollar part to cripple your truck...thats the feel sorry for you part.
