What cat and why not a Duramax? Looks awsome, I would like to make a 6 door truck for my family and 5th wheel. Though yours might be a bit tall for my little ones.

Keep the temp in check. Those 3116's are decent engines when the run, but a huge pain when they don't, and they are a dry sleeve, so an in frame is out of the question.
