LML Denali
Just traded in my 2011 Ram for a 2011 Denali HD
Truck has the following mods: H&S MiniMaxx 5" Exhaust 9" Cognito 37" Toyos CAI AMP Steps Novakanes Deletes I'm not sure about yet as I don't have the truck yet. What things should I know about? Motor? Drivetrain? Recalls? Etc? Ill post pics later. Does anyone have a service schedule? Truck only has 19k miles on it. Any information is appreciated last 5 diesels were Rams with the Cummins so I'm brand new to GMC Thanks Last edited by LMLDenali11; 11-20-2012 at 05:08 PM. |

Truck has the egr and urea system in place but unplugged (per H and S instructions) any issues with leaving in place? I know on the rams full deletes are better due to coolant issues etc.
Full turbo back exhaust so no DPF Not new to modded diesels just modded duramaxs Again any comments or tips would help What about that service schedule? |

I would have a lot of concerns in buying a modded/deleted 2011 Denali.
What kind of abuse it was put through, and if that's why someone got rid of such a new truck. Has the tranny been limped through too much torque? The warranty is toast as I'm sure you know. Here's a link to a recommended service schedule, but the DIC info is said to be pretty much right on as far as OCI's and fuel filter life. Duramax Maintenance Schedule The LML's are tough hombres, and I hope you didn't get one that's been abused. As an owner of a 2011 Denali, it's the nicest truck I've ever owned and I don't know how you could help but love it.

Yes EBay but at a Dealer in Texas
As far as abuse the truck is like brand new and only has 18k miles it was traded on a whim. The ram I'm trading is heavily modded but not abused at all it's like brand new. Also I had GMC run the VIN and pull all maintenance logs there is nothing bad at all on the trucks record nor does it have signs of wear. Of course I will drive it before taking it home but overall I think I got lucky and traded a clean modded ram on a clean modded GMC Excited to have a Duramax ( I get it Friday ) |
