No special tools required. You need Torx. I didn't do special alignment, just reinstalled the sensor like the old one was.

You may want to mark it before taking it out and goes back exactly the same way as before.

Any ideas about where to get one? I'm guessing since it is an internal part, I'll have to go to one of the local diesel shops that rebuilds them and try to get them to sell me one?
