starter bolt.

hey im sure i asked this already but i cant find the thread... anyways what size is the starter bolt for a 6.5 turbo diesel.... i lost 1 of the bolts and napa cant look up the size i need......... thnks

1994 chevy 6.5 turbo diesel tahoe, or blazer what ever u want to call it... its all the same....

mods.. 7inch lift, 35inch tires, tinted windows, lots of stuff.. running 12 psi always.... with my little secrets .... llol........ lots more to come. want to do a sas swap somtime and put a huge lift on it and paint it up into a rolling tribute to the men and woman in the service...........

I'm not sure on the size of the bolt... but...

Look in Parts Index for part numbers .

Starter:
►OEM (remanufactured): 19136221
►OEM (starter bracket): 23502557 [90-92 6.2L Diesels, 92-02 6.5L Diesels]
►OEM (starter bolt): 15544950
►ACDelco (remanufactured): 336-1912
►Advance Auto (starter bolt): 72181

Napa may be able to cross reference the numbers if needed....

ya i did that. i went to the stores that you got the part number for and they dont say what size it is... im need the size because napa in my town has 2 diffrent sizes but cant look up what the 6.5 calls for..... retards..... and i would rather get it from them that way i dont have to wait a week to have the bolt in the truck
