'92 - '93 Stand Alone TCM / Harness P/N

Does anyone have the TCM and associated harness P/N's for the 92 or 93 6.5TD?

Any other information that anyone can provide on the rest of the trans control system (needed sensors, general aspects, quirks, recommended upgrades to the trans, etc) would be appreciated. Any ideas of price of OEM versus aftermarket (controls) are also appreciated.

Thanks in advance...

I don't understand why you specifically want a standalone?
The stock ECM in any 92-93 6.5 automatic is basically just that anyway.
Pretty simple setup, TPS sensor on the pump, the rest on the tranny. Wrecking yard is your best bet.

Thanks for all the replies, but when (if) I go to a wrecking yard how do I know that I am getting the right ECM (TCM)? Wouldn't I need the part number to verify this ECM?

Sorry for my 6.5T ignorance, when I did own one I didn't care about such things!

On edit: I am looking at the 4L80E as a trans for a 4BT...

If it weren't for Nikola Tesla, we would all drive diesels!
Can you explaine, I know Tesla was ruined by his financiers for wanting to give away free energy the same way we send cellular calls never heard he was assocciated with gassers.

I guess any OBDI with 4L80E will work. I'd get it from a 3500 or 2500 hd up 'till '95.

The problem there is a 94-95 will look for pump input to know how to control the tranny, has to be 92-93 model.

oops! That really narrows the range when you look for just '92-'93. But then the van used a mechanical pump 'till '97 so a van ECM from '92-'96 should work, right? Also, there's bigger trucks (frito lay, Mac tools) with 6.5L n/a engines that might be mechanical IP's 'till '00 but they might have a different tranny (4spd ally).

As long as he got both the ECM and harness off the same truck, it could work.
