jake brake

I have heard on another site that there was a form of a Jake brake made for the 6.2 for use on military aircraft tugs. I was wondering is this possible and how hard would it be to get my hands on one if there is such thing?

Jake brakes are build right into the heads. You would have a lot of work once you got them, if they were made.

The exhaust brake would be easier but I've grown up around those old Detroit's and cats and we had straight pipes and Jakes on everyone I love sound of those and was in it more for the sound than the performance I know it probably don't make sense but nothing I do to my truck does
