Todays update, got the dump bed, but I can't get it to go up argh.
Hope the hoist isn't rusted up, the lever for the tailgate is locked up, won't budge got it soaking with some pb blaster.
Got the drivers side mirror on and drove it down the road a bit, scary brakes almost hit a car, guess I gotta check them out. Rears are locking up and pulls to the left, r/s front doesn't feel like its doing anything argh #2

Arg #3 going up a grade it won't go for crap, no smoke either but when I first started it today had a lot of blueish smoke when I floored it, then I hooked up the KSB and the smoke cleared out, but I don't have any black smoke when I put it to the floor. hmmm

It is looking good atleast. I like the silver and black set up. It does not have rear disc brakes right? If it does then you may need to swap proportioning valves. If not then seems like your fronts are not working . May try re beeding and bleeding from the bmasterr to P valve. Could also be rusted calipers... I have had alot of rebuilt ones go bad from my truck sitting around.

Is your dump PTO driven or electric over hydraulic?

Electric, not into dealing with a PTO, electric is a lot easier to hook up.

No rear disc, I used the load valve off the K20, the K30 one was locked up.
I put rebuilt calipers a month ago, I don't think I am getting any brake fluid to the right front, have to check it out tomorrow

Found the problem with the right front brakes, mud wasps had filled the line with dirt argh, got it all cleaned out, new fluid and the brakes feel much better.
Also got the bed bolted down to the frame.

Some progress this weekend, got some wiring done and hooked up some of the heating ducts under the dash. Also picked up some exhaust for $80 4 inch off a 2011.

Also got the airbox mounted, had remove some a/c stuff to fit it on there.
So come summer type it's gonna have to go and will figure out something else for air filtration.

Swap places with the battery and the air box will fit better. Use the 06 and up diesel van 2nd battery support and it will bolt to the inner frame and have a nice hold down as well.
