sorry to hear that man. at least you got it fixed.
that is one reason i have a locking cap! it could have been in there for a long time and in july it started giving you problems.

OIF-III Veteran 2001-2005 E-5 2111/Small Arms Weapons Tech.

2004 lb7 2500HD ECLB Cali emissions. Tows 12K lb. 5th Wheel. Injectors replaced at 49K miles (Jan. 2012). EFI Live by Idaho Rob with Edge Insight CTS and pyro. Bilstein 5100's from Norcal Nick, Fumoto drain valve and stainless bleeder screw from Merchant. Prodigy P3 brake controller. Transynd, Mobil Delvac and Stanadyne PF. |

. It's a small size so I'm not sure how it got in there. ..... Any ways I'm out $450. Dealer had to drop the tank, remove the unit in the tank to see what the problem was.
