LMM Fass 150 install and factory fuel filter delete now no start

Got an 07.5 Lmm duramax. Did a Fass 150 install and deleted the factory fuel filter. Everything seems to be hooked up right with the fass and is pushing fuel but there is no fuel at the looped line that is used to delete the factory fuel filter. Truck will not start. Just cranks, well did. I ran out of battery now so its charging. I know battery is original and I do plow with it so I know batteries are getting weak but truck would just crank and crank and crank. I cracked the fuel filter and fuel was pouring out and cracked bleeder on water fuel separator only dripped when pump was running but when turned off fuel poured out. I have 1/4 tank it. I did not run after market pickup. Ran factory one. Anyone can help? I need truck tomorrow for work.

Why would you delete the factory fuel filter? I did the air dog 165 and left the factory fuel on and I have no problems. I just figure an extra filter can't hurt anything.

Is it air locked? Take the looped hose loose on one end and let the pump run and see if you get fuel thru it.

When deleting the factory fuel filter/head how are you bleeding the air out of the system?

Lift pump should prime the system.
