best tuner for LBZ

I purchased a 2007 lbz. What is the best tuner for improved mileage and one that wont void my warranty with GM?

All tuners the reprogram the ECM are said to leave a fingerprint in the ECM. LMM for sure but the say LBZ can too and I say 2006 LLY since all use the Bosch ECM. Edge and Banks make a module systems that plug in and fake info between engine and ECM. That be the Edge Juice with attitude. The Edge EVO is a programmer. But simply programmer would be Edge Evo, Quad and PPE. All simply handhelds to do what you need. A more complex one is EFILIve. It has zero tunes with it. You write your own or buy from a tuner. But it too rewites the ECM.

x2 on the "watch your tranny" comment. The Allison is basically a good gearbox but is very marginal (doesn't have a lot of strength with extra hp added). Also, to be sure, you will (not maybe) void your warranty (at least on the drive train) when you add a tuner! I speak from experience with my 07. GM's attitude, at least since the bankrupcy, is your warranty is toast - don't like it? go get a lawyer!

If you're looking for an all around unit with good towing power, gauges, built in turbo brake for slowing you down with a trailer in tow, and a couple high hp tunes to boot, look into the Edge EVO race tuner. Here's a link if you want more information.
