As I recall the pan bolts are 18 lb/ft. Can't help you with the filter lock. How's about when you get it figured out you post your findings and a photo for the rest of the gang?

That right existed prior to the formation of the new government under the Constitution and was premised on the private use of arms for activities such as hunting and self-defense, the latter being understood as resistance to either private lawlessness or the depredations of a tyrannical government (or a threat from abroad)."

Ok one last question...I bought the white filter to use...Do I need the filter lock or am I ok without it? I never get a straight answer. I know its main purpose is so you can use the black filter with the deep pan. But do I need it if I have the white filter. If I dont need it I rather not put it in. Thanks

When I got mine from Mike L., was told there are two differ. sizes, one for stock, and another for long, or deep filter. Guess you e-mail Mike at his site on the vendor site.

Brian, I just checked your invoice, you did indeed get the deep filter loc. There is a picture of the filter loc installed in the small bag that loc comes in. It gets installed per pic, torque the bolts in the valve body down to about 110 in lbs. As for the pan, torque them to 18-20 ft lbs.

Regarding its use, we dont put a pan back on anymore with out one, the deep pans/white filters are more critical then the shallow pan/filter.

Using the black short filter with a filter loc will allow it to be used in a deep pan safely

Seriously though I'm a very amatuer mechanic(if that) although I do most my own stuff(exhaust, fuel tank, intake, and such). The bolts in the valve body, can I just remove the screws I need without worry or is sh!t gonna start flying out all over the place when I remove the screws. Thats the only thing I hate when you open up something and all these little pieces fly out everywhere. I hate it but my chocolate lab sure seems to love it.LOL
