Weird codes, p2810, p0650, p0700

Lately down here in Florida wehn the temp is below 50 degrees usually, the CEL will come on shortly after startup throwing p2810, p0650, and p0700. It will not do this at all when the weather is warmer, only when chilly outside. I have noticed that the 3-4 upshift is sometimes a little sloppy as well until the transmission warms up? I am due for a tranny service as well and plan on doing it next time I do the oils/filters, and rotate the tires...
