You should be able to vote now. We're still working out the kinks; we've taken some steps to prevent cheating like we encountered last month. In order to vote, you must have been a member for at least 15 days AND you must have at least 5 technical posts. I think your post above was post #5... so I've promoted you. Let me know if you have any problems.
