I'm no expert on bigger injectors, but I think bigger injectors will require EFI live for the truck to not have any driveability issues. Changing injectors without changing the tuning would be a bad idea I think.

hmmm duno i was told that by just adding bigger injectors i would maybe gain like a haze of black smoke because they are adding more fuel into te wngine an black smoke is just unburnt fuel but im not sure how it wud affect the running of the engine

I dont think the truck will run any differently. Slightly more power, probably worse fuel mileage. It wouldnt be the optimal setup without re-tuning for the bigger sticks. To make full use of them, redoing the pulsewidth and timing to make it the most efficient burn if youre looking for power.

well im wanting to go with efi live but my injectors have reached the point of the need to be replaced an i cant afford to replace injectors and efi live at the moment soo eventually ill do efi but unfortunately i have to do injectors firstan it would be dumbto put stock injectors in untill i get the efi

What do you plan to do with the truck? The stock sticks can support more HP than the stock charger can supply air so unless you plan on going to a bigger charger, stock sticks will more than satisfy power requirements.

My vote is to put stock injectors back in, then take the difference in cost of stock injectors and honed injectors and put that towards EFI. I think that is a much more flexible way to make more power.
But its your truck and your money and only my opinion.
