LML: 2013 tuner with DPF delete capability

Which tuners are still available that will work on a 2013 and have dpf delete capabilities? I know H&S is still supporting the models they have on the market, but I'm not sure I want to go that route since they already had this issue. Quadzilla has no programs out for the 2012 or 2013 and I was told this morning from the quad tech they have no release date for the 2012, much less the 13.

I doubt you will see anything except the H&S support the 2013 model. Since the EPA is coming down hard I would expect to see the DPF delete developement to go to the wayside.

What do you think Tyler are they done for good?? If so that is really gonna suck for you guys selling parts

I talked to a distributor of mine and he said as of now they have no word as to when or if they will be releasing anymore emission delete tuning! SUCKS

Unfortunately Mike I think they will be done for good. It will be a big loss for all of us in the industry.

Just out of curiousity Tyler if you don't mind me asking, how much of your sales do you think had to do with deleted tuning???? Half?? More?..... I feel for ya man this is got to be a big hit

I just can't believe they are that worried about the small percentage of trucks out there on the road that are running deleted tuning... I mean really what percent of all the trucks out there on the road run deleted tunning? Is it more then 5%?

I can't believe it has happened this fast either. Earlier in the year I was trying guess how long it would be until this happened. I really expected another 4-5 years. This will be a big hit, tt was probably around 50% of sales. We will just adjust and move forward. This will really make the used truck market take off and there will be more older trucks modified now I feel.

Who says tuners are the only ways of deleting it all? I am sure someone can develop a micro processor which will fool the ECM. But yes, it seems they are coming down hard on them all. Just wait until they do it to the gassers... then all hell WILL break loose.

I'm just wondering how long it takes some company in China to start pumping out hardware. It seems everything in the history of products has been knocked-off out of China at one point, I can't believe that they haven't jumped on the tuner bandwagon - they could make $$$ hand over fist.

I'm not condoning emissions tampering (honestly, I'm one who appreciates it, although I understand the need for deletes for offroad trucks), but just saying - I can't believe it hasn't happened yet.

This is what pisses me off. A handful of guys rolling coal isn't doing squat compared to the jetliners, ships, and uncapped factories all over the world. EPA has way bigger "fish to fry", but they aren't going to cap obama's airforce-one emissions or Maddoffs yacht emissions, so they go after the little diesel truck guys because we are the easy target. The end game here is govt operates with impunity while the subjects do as instructed.
The whole DPF/DEF/CAT system is a huge money making scam and anyone who cant see that is a victim of their own ignorance.
