H&S tuners gone!

Take a look at the press release on H&S website, reguarding their DPF related equipment and tuners. WTF? I have been hearing about the EPA handing down big regulations after the election, guess all of it is true. This is really bad news....

H&S guys on here.... What is the specifics on this? Is this the beggining of the end or what?

Well it probably is easier to go after the supplier than the hundreds of users first. But in the end its the end user who violated the law, not the seller.

Removing emissions equipment is intended for off-road, closed-course racing use ONLY.
A vehicle registered for highway use must never have emissions equipment removed.
By removing emissions equipment from your vehicle, you assume all risk and liability
associated with its use. It is your responsibility to ensure that your vehicle complies with
all national, state, and local emissions laws. Removing emissions equipment may void
vehicle manufacturer’s warranty. H&S Performance, LLC assumes no liability for misuse of
this information. By removing your emissions equipment, you release H&S Performance,
LLC of any and all liability associated with the removal of that equipment. Any and all civil
penalties for removing your vehicles emissions equipment are the sole responsibility of the
end user. Check your laws before removing emissions!

On comp D the letter seems to blamin ATS as the squealer. That's a bunch of bs question is what is the egr and dpf delete boys gonna do if caught? Go back to factory stuff or be forced to ATS

Sorry just found out the ats letter on compd was a fake. And Ats workin on new tech for a better dpf that we can buy and be legal it seems

sooo we are still ok to get a hs programmer?? Just upgraded to 13 not sure if i made a good choice or not now. please more info
