Just get the 5inch cause its cooler to have. I just put the 5 inch on my lbz and I cant belive how quite it is at idle compared to my lb7 with 5 inch was. Stepping on the go pedal it will get pretty loud though. My lbz at idle you can barly tell the exhaust isnt stock it just seems like there is more turbo hiss and mine is straight pipe no muff or kitty. The lly's sound pretty close to the lbz's I think.

5" inch is gonna be more expensive vs 4". There is no performance gain to be had with 5" until you reach very high hp levels. I don't know what truck its for, you don't have your signiture filled out, but LB7 trucks with straight pipe are MUCH louder then newer gen VVT trucks. No, Diamond Eye is not the only one to make a DP. MBRP and RickDLance are a couple of others

I got a 4" MBRP on my 04.5 LLY and my buddy went with the 5" MBRP on his 05 i have driven both trucks, and frankly other than my buddy's being a little louder i don't see any difference. It looks goofy as hell though with the stock downpipe going into 5" exhaust though
