anyone installed a Diamond Eye downpipe?

Don't know if an LMM is harder (sure the hell is on the egr blocker) but I cannot see how you can possible loosen the main band clamp for the downpipe off the turbo. The clamp is clocked in a way that it cannot be reached from the top, bottom, or through either fenderwell. Other than pulling the trans (not an option) any hints?
I have all the heat shields loose; can't remove any other than part of the top turbo one, they all have places of interference that won't let them come out. Seems if I could get the one that covers the turbo exhaust housing out that would help a ton, but no way I see that happening.

It's a SOB but it can be done. There's an article in the DIY section about putting one of these on. It may help you out. It took me about four hours to get mine on.

It's done now. The big problem for me was the orientation of the upper clamp for the downpipe off the turbo; they could not have turned it any worse for removal if they tried. Being as they likely assemble these on the engine before dropping it in the truck, they probably don't think it's any big deal how the clamp faces.

Glad it's done.

Yeah, mine was upside down. Then the fact that the heat shields don't come off only compounds things.

boost appears to come up quicker, but it's raining here so I'm limited. Once it's dry I have enough datalogs to see what changed and how much.

Mine lost some of its whistle and gained a nice deep tone.
